Nature of the activity

The great majority of horses on this website are offered on behalf of their respective owners. In those cases Elegante Andalusier acts as an intermediary between the owner and the client and handles the necessary steps regarding documentation and transport; the contract of sale is then concluded exclusively between the buyer and the owner of the horse.

Occasionally the provider also offers horses from her own stock. In those cases she is the seller herself and the contract of sale is concluded with her. You will be told who your contracting party is before the contract is concluded.

Consumer dispute resolution

There is neither an obligation nor a willingness to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content and links

The provider is responsible for her own content under the general laws. For third-party content that is merely linked to, responsibility arises only from the moment actual knowledge of an infringement exists (Art. 16 and 17 LSSI-CE). Such content is removed without delay once it becomes known.
